Remote Customer Service Representative (Miami)

Our team is seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing organization. This is a fully remote position responsible for providing high-level support to our clients, ensuring a positive experience, and maintaining our brand’s reputation for excellence. We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills who can work independently while hitting key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Resolve complex product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best solution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process account changes.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the internal team to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
